Scope
This notice applies to the public Futivara website at futvara.com, including company, product, contact, health, and legal pages, and to the authenticated Futivara platform areas used for sign-in, organizations, and product access.
Child products opened from Futivara (for example MYSTIC AI) may have their own product experiences and data practices. Where those products process additional personal data, that processing is governed by the product’s own notices when published. Billing records and paid commercial processing are not part of this foundation notice yet.
Public website browsing
Browsing public pages does not require an account. Standard web server and reverse-proxy logs may record technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested path, and timestamps for operations, security, and reliability.
Futivara does not use the public site to sell personal data. This notice does not invent a detailed advertising or analytics program; if additional tracking is introduced later, this page will be updated before or when that change goes live.
Accounts and authentication
Futivara supports email-and-password account registration and sign-in. Account records may include email address, optional display name, password hash, email-verification status, and session metadata needed to keep you signed in securely.
Sign-in is email and password only today. Social login providers and multi-factor authentication are not offered on this platform foundation.
Password-reset and email-verification flows may create secure server-side requests. Automated outbound email delivery for those flows is not fully live yet; when delivery is enabled, the same account contact details are used to send those messages.
Organizations and product access
Authenticated users can create or join organizations. Organization records may include organization name, slug, membership, roles, and invitation details needed to manage collaboration.
Product access is granted per organization. Futivara stores which products an organization may use, and uses that access state when showing the product launcher. Having access does not always mean a product can be opened immediately — some product connections are still pending.
When a connected product is opened from Futivara, limited identity and organization context needed for that handoff may be processed so the product can recognize the signed-in user and organization. Futivara does not invent broad cross-product profile sharing beyond what is required for access and launch.
Contact communications
If you email contact@futvara.com or use the contact form to prepare a message, Futivara receives the information you choose to send — typically name, email address, optional organization, inquiry category, subject, and message content — solely to understand and respond to your inquiry.
The public contact form opens a message in your own email client. It does not create a support ticket, CRM record, or account in the Futivara application by itself.
Health and status endpoints
Public health endpoints return minimal service status information for operations and monitoring. They are not intended to expose personal data, secrets, or detailed system configuration.
Retention and storage
Operational logs are retained as needed for security and reliability. Email correspondence you send is retained as ordinary business communication unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
Account, organization, session, and product-access records are retained while needed to operate the platform foundation and meet security requirements. Detailed retention schedules for every data category will be published as this notice matures.
What this notice does not claim
This page does not invent a registered legal entity name beyond the Futivara brand presentation, an office address, a phone number, a VAT or tax identifier, a supervisory authority filing, or certifications such as ISO or SOC reports.
Those details will be published here only when they are established and verified. Until then, treat this notice as an accurate description of the current public website and platform foundation — not as a complete regulatory filing.
What is still deferred
Billing, paid commercial processing agreements, and complete per-product privacy annexes remain deferred. When those capabilities are introduced or published, this policy will be expanded to cover collection, storage, processing, sharing, and retention for those areas.
